GIVE IN MAY 2026
Give In May Campaign Success
During AANHPI Heritage Month, OCA Greater Phoenix proudly participated in the Give In May campaign, bringing together members, donors, supporters, and community partners to invest in our mission and programs.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we earned 2nd Place in the Week 4 Sprint Challenge, helping raise awareness and support for OCA GPC's ongoing work in leadership development, civic engagement, advocacy, education, and community service.
This achievement would not have been possible without the support of our donors, members, volunteers, sponsors, and friends. Every contribution made an impact, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who helped make this campaign a success.
Together, we continue to strengthen and uplift the AANHPI community throughout Arizona.

Brain Health is Community Health
On April 24, 2026, OCA Greater Phoenix proudly hosted the Brain Health Is Community Health seminar at Arizona State University, bringing together healthcare professionals, community leaders, caregivers, and community members for an important conversation about cognitive health and dementia awareness.
The event featured an insightful keynote presentation by Dr. Xiaoming Dong, followed by a distinguished panel discussion with experts in medicine, research, aging, law, and community advocacy. Together, they shared the latest information on brain health, strategies for reducing risk, and resources to support individuals and families affected by dementia.
As rates of dementia continue to rise, particularly within Asian American communities, this program helped raise awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage proactive conversations about brain health across generations.
We are grateful to our speakers, panelists, moderator, partners, volunteers, and attendees for making this event such a success. Through education, collaboration, and community engagement, we continue to advance health equity and support the well-being of our community.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to this meaningful and impactful event.
